What are the Membership Opportunities?
The American Legion Riders are unique amount the various American Legion Family entities in that member ship in the ALR is open to member so of all ALL-other Family groups in the American Legion. Thus, current annual or PUFL members of the Legion, the Legion Auxiliary or the Sons of the American Legion are eligible for membership in our ALR Chapter, so long as they meet the additional membership requirements.
How do I join the American Legion Riders?
Membership in the ALR chapter is open to all current members of the American Legion, the Legion Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion. Members must hold membership in and be in good standing with The American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary or Sons of The American Legion. Members must be legally registered motorcycle owners or be the legally registered owner's spouse within the state of registration. All operators must be properly licensed and insured per state laws. All members must obey motor-vehicle laws in the state in which they are operating a motorcycle or riding as a passenger.
